Anyone know where a great deal can be found on 96 watt compact square pins???
Also, I'm looking for best $ on dbl end 150 watt MH bulbs 14K

$34.95 at GoReef.com. I ordered 4 compacts online twice from them, last time around January. Never had a problem. I now have LEDS.

Awesome link, I'm also thinking of starting a simple reef tank under a coralife 65w compact square pin. Now i just need to decide on what colour bulbs to put in. 10k or 12k actinic or super actinic.

I would go with the actinic or super actinic.  They would be much more pleasing to the eye. 10k tends to be white/yellowish and makes many corals look brown. I and many others prefer the blue look.  14k and up.

I agree 14K and up are pleasing to the eye.
I have 3 x 150 watt MH in addition to 4 x 95watt CF's and that adds another dimension to the colour temp question of bulb choice(s). Presently I am switching out 50% daylight/50 actinic CF's for 100% actinics (since I can't seem to find the 50/50 bulbs anywhere) and using 14K MH's.
