Is there a way to view your replies/ messages sent to other members of this site? It'd be nice to see the full conversations between myself and the person I am talking to. Please let me know if I am just missing something in the personal messages area.

When you click on the PM link on the left, it automatically goes to your Inbox.  To view your Sent Items, click on the Outbox link that is on your left side but closer to the center.

Before sending a message make sure to check the "Save a copy in my outbox" option - at the bottom the message window.

Good point.  There is an option in your profile settings to enable that for all sent messages also.
