Flake or pellet?

Planted tank and feeding large Congo's & Serpae's & later Denisonii ...
What would you use, flakes or pellets?
What brand(s)?
I currently feed New Life Spectrum ...

I'd use pellets over flakes. Make sure to soak them a bit so the fish could digest them properly. For the brand, I'd go with new life spectrum. Top notch food.
