How do I add pictures to an ad?

Hello. I'm a non-member and have an ad posted.  When I go to add a picture I get an error message saying that the number of pictures exceeds the limit allowed.  Does anyone know what's going on? Thanks for the help.

I upload to Phototbucket and just link the picture.
