Emergency co2 mess up

I was running co2 for a while on my tank with no problems but today the co2 wasn't on I messed around with some things and now whenever I open up the co2 it's starts spraying out I'm using a dici regulator from critter jungle any idea on what's going on and how I can get my co2 working again

So what I have happening now is every time I turn it on co2 goes out regulator and in tank but also sprays out side of cannister where wheel to a just pressure is
