Tips for re-sealing a 120g?

I mostly need help choosing the right silicone, and how much I should buy. I've re-sealed a 75g before, and it's been going strong for 4 months without issue. I struggled choosing the silicone the first time around, and want to make sure I get the best kind I can (Home Depot links please).

I use Joey's method (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D_Meyb2JYCU), and it seems to work very well. But if anyone has tips on how to improve it, I'm all ears. I found taping to be the hardest part to get perfect.
