Title: My first angel wigglers
Post by: oenology on August 16, 2005, 04:31:50 PM
So far so good. This is a pair of angels that I got from George. They paired up at his place, laid laid eggs for the first time there but only 3 got to yhe free swim stage and then they disappeared. Then the following week when I got them home they laid again. They have moved the wigglers twice now so I think they are going to be good parents. I guess the real test will be when they get to the free swimming stage. Poor hubby - he has to look after feeding them while I go to France. If they don't make it I can blame him!

Nice pair of angels.
The clutch of eggs is quite strange looking, similar to a mineral deposit.

They're free swimming today. So far the parents are parenting and not eating them. The fry seem to be interested in the microworms - the culture is doing great Pegasus and I started a new one today. As of tomorrow, Hubby is on duty...

Enjoy your work trip. Don't drink your harvest... taste only! :)
Say hi to mom.
Your fishies are in good hand with your hobby. (Hubby that is)
