Post by: Ottawagoa on May 14, 2010, 04:42:31 AM
Well I thought I was seeing things but nope, my cowrie was mowing down the frag piece by piece.

Just wanted to let you guys know so that you can watch out for this happening.

Klaus, and you want another one?
heh, It's still on hold for you.

Part of the reason I am getting rid of mine is because I am afraid it may do that. I got it to eat algae but I have none now. It has not yet.

Yep Marc Im still taking the cowrie sticking to a no frills, simple, basic reef, few mushrooms some fish your huge ready to eat crabs from a few years ago still not sure what they are and a couple of cowries oh and my carpet that I still have to pick up as well. I have spent my share of money over the years and am sticking to simple no brainer easy corals (cowrie proof as well). Sorry if I hijacked this thread...
