I have a high tech 30g planted tank and have been fighting off green algae for a while.
I don't know my parameters right this second, but they have been fine when I do check. I am currently injecting co2, and according to my drop checker, it's fairly high. I used to dose fertz, but stopped because the growth on my plants have been really good without them. Once every couple of days I might add Seachem Trace.
My light is a fluval Plant 3.0. The lights are on from 1-9, with a 15 ramp up and down on either end:
My settings where all theset to 100%, with blue blue being the exception @ 10%.
Yesterday I decided to chance the settings. Now it's 1pm-6pm everything at 80% except blue, which is still at 10%, and from 6-9 all settings to 100% except my blue which is at 10% My co2 comes on and off an hour before the lights
Any ideas?
Also, I don't want to treat this chemically or by adding algae eating fish.
