I'm looking for some new heaters. I think I will need a 200 to 300 watt heater(s). I have been using the Fluval Tronics. They are okay. I have 2 200watts in my 58gal. I set it to 31/32 degrees C but the temp apparently reads 30 degrees C at most. So I think I want to try other brands...
I have heard mixed reviews with the new Ebo's. What have you heard?
Anything good about the Visa therms?
What would you reccomend?

I personally like the Visi-therms, and the life guarantee really can't be beat. I've also heard good things about the Ebo's.
Tronics also have a lifetime guarantee.
I have tronics that have failed, and won't shut off, and I currently have eight ebo-jagers, and have never had anything but good service from them.
Look around, I just picked up some more jagers from petsandponds.com, ordered them friday morning for about $25 before shipping,($6.99 for the whole box), and I had them in my hands monday morning. Ebos are $27.49 & $28.45 for 200-watt and 250-watt respectively.
300-watt visitherm deluxe, is on sale there right now, for $27.99, 200-watt -$24.99.
Everyone will have different opinions, but the bottom line is you want something you can trust that will do the task, and not clean out your wallet.

very bad experience with 3 ebo will never ever buy one again. i have a vesitherm (sp) stealth and very happy with that.
