Actually it's still doing it, but only if I shrink my browser window so the banner ad is within 3/4 of an inch of the edge of the window.

It appears the content boxes are dynamic (resize as the browser resizes) while the banner is not

BD is right; the banner is not dynamic.

So you're saying the fish does need to move, very interesting.

For contractual reasons... the banner should never change size.

Now, that being said, the banner will appear normally at even the lowest of resolutions...
