HELP! Sick discus

This mroning I found one of my adult discus lying on the bottom, with his eyes popping out. He doesnt look bloated, but might be a little bit. HELP!!! Everybody else if fine, its just this one  :cry:

(and NO its not a water quality or temperature issue)

im sorry about that, i just got two new discus 2 days ago

I had gotten this guy 2 years ago- raised him since he was a teeny guy so I was sad to see him go!
