I just went to SP Merivale and picked up a WC Spotted BN Pleco (spotted = common?).

I also picked up 3 albino BN plecos.  After growing them out for a bit, what would be the result of breeding the common pleco and the albino pleco?  I believe that it's just a morphological gene, but would I get maybe half albino, half common, a mix, sterile fry, bla bla bla.

I don't know the particular genetics of BN, but I think albinism is usually recessive, so assuming ur regular don't have the albino gene, your fry would most likely be regualr type, but a mix is possible.

Hi,

Today I got some babies from my albino bn male and regular long fin bn female (brown with yellow spots), 50% of babies are albino and other 50% are brown. Brown babies are really nice. It's hard to tell how many babies are long fin.
