Cichlid colorization

I just wanted to know which cichlids male and female have nice colours because I noticed that males have more colours then females.

What kind of colours are you looking for?  What size of aquarium do you have, how many fish do you want? 

Yellow labs, regardless of sex, are bright yellow.

Pseudotropheus saulosi are dimorphic, so the males are bluey with bands, and the females are straight yellow.

The aulonocara (peacocks) have great males, but drab females.  You could possibly do an all male aquarium.
