Carbo-plus supplier?

My Carbo-Plus unit crapped out after 2 months. There's a 2-year warranty on it. I got it at Big Al's, but they've been... unhelpful... in trying to figure out what to do with it now.  I still have all original packaging but there's no contact information and I haven't had any luck finding any online.

I had one of those it would only last about 2 months before I had to replace the carbon block after the 2nd one I gave up it wasn't worth it.

Well it's not the block, it's the actual device that doesn't work.
