Catching baby plecos

Is there a simply way of catching baby plecos? I've tried netting them without any luck.

I know this old now but I saw a neat little live trap it consist of taking a 2 litre bottle and cutting off the top a the first ridge line and inverting it back inside itself, put some veggies in it and they swim in but have a hard time getting out

Basically look at the minnow traps that they sell at Walmart(sorry just using them as an example) and construct a smaller version using any appropriate size of bottle. Don't forget to bait like any good fisherman .
