If memory serves, they will be sent to our BAP/AHAP chair.  Winners will get a letter indicating they have been issued a certificate, but the certificate gets issued to the Club itself.

There will be a ceremony in September to congratulate the winners as well as present certificates and membership cards (where applicable).
