At the moment my anemone, clownfish, crabs and shrimp are eating flake food and occasionally some raw shrimp.  I have some freeze dried mysis mixed with spirulina powder hanging around, can I feed this to my SW tank?  I'd like to keep it simple, but don't want them missing out.  :)

Life is too short to wake up with regrets.  So love the people who treat you right.  Forget about the one's who don't.  Believe everything happens for a reason.  If you get a second chance, grab it with both hands.  If it changes your life, let it.  Nobody said life would be easy, they just promised it would be worth it.

Spirulina powder, is from freshwater algea, not sure but probably wouldn't hurt.  The crab will probably go for it.  I do feed frozen mysis once a week and also direct feed shrimp to my aneomies.

Yep, it's all good.Spirulina and mysis are both very nutritious, and usually included in the average saltwater feeding regimine. There are different versions of shrimp available such as brine, mysis, and the highly nutritious Cyclopeze, freeze dried and also frozen. These can be fed to fish and also some types of corals.
Just be careful not to overfeed, especially in a small tank like a 12 gal. :)
