I might be wrong but that thread seemed to say it was only the 70 watt bulbs that would fit in the 300-500 watt security lights...I might be wrong though.

A 70 watt bulb would fit right in, but for a 150w bulb the fixture had to be modded a bit.

kool thanks guys for all ur info but ive decided not to upgrade my 10gal and start on my 36gal which i will be using t5's
