Could be some type of peanut worm, supposedly they arent that bad to have...but of course that depends on the actual species.  Does that guy have a mouth with small tentacles on it ?  Try searching for peanut worms and do some comparisons ?? it looks close to some that I have but mine have circular rings around the body ???

no tenticals but the head is red... kinda cool looking... i did some resurch and it looks like it is good eats detrivis.... will look up peanut worms though to see if I can find the accual spiecies
