20 gallon - finding divider and glass top

I'm going to combine my two ten gallon rainbow fish tanks (9 small guys - threadfins/p.gertrudae) into my 20 gallon.  This was my first tank purchase ever - March 2006.

It is from petsmart and has the fake oak trim.  I don't know who makes it.I need to buy a divider for it to divide the two types of rainbows and put on a glass top.

The measurements are: 24"long (measuring glass), 16 3/4" tall (to top of plastic trim) and 12.5"wide (measuring just on the glass).

Do you guys know what brand of tank I have and where I can purchase a divider and glass top that will fit?  This is my only non bigals tank so normally I can buy all the tops/dividers there.

I`m pretty sure it is a perfecto tank , as most if not all petsmart tanks are.
