Dutch Style Tanks

Are there many people in the area who are Dutch Style aquaria enthusiasts?  

I'm a newbie setting up my initial tank and came across the Dutch Style tank at Big Al's East location.  Wow, what a gorgeous aquarium.  I thought to myself "That's exactly what I want..."

Anyhow, just interested in knowing how many folks are actually doing this successfully.

Perhaps, you might like to describe the Dutch Style of fish-keeping for those of us who might also be interested in it. It is possible that some of us are already doing this but havn't put a label on it.
