Where would I buy one ?

Not long ago I purchased a used aquarium and have had it up and running for awhile now, but I of the canopy lights will not light up. It's missing a doo-hickey thingie, hoping you fine people can tell me what it is and where I could purchase one. It's an old All Glass canopy 36" .

Looks like the starter itself. If i'm not mistaking you can buy them at Home Depot in the electrical supply section.

I have no idea what that is but, I have had some luck getting a few bits and pieces of stuff from Pet Circus on Bank St. If they don't have one they can likely order one for you....assuming they know what it is.
