Microworm Cultures?

Been feeding microworms. Have a couple extra cultures started. How long is a culture good for? Can it harm fish if they are too old? It says they live for 24 hrs is that free swimming though?

Use it until it starts smelling "sour", Dan.  That's the indication it's getting too old, although I still feed my guys out of an old culture like that with no harm.
