Those star can Multiply like crazy i had one in my tank ...
Those star can be ok and can be not ... they depend on what they have .. so in other words .. Each one can be different as well reef safe and some not ....

and can be a problem also .. get rid of it if you can .. as per the little bristle star and worms ... they are just beneficial ...
