Trying to buy membership...

I am trying to purchase a membership, but every time I try to view the shopping cart to pay, paypal says that OVAS is not registered to use the shopping cart feature and I cannot purchase the membership.  What do I do?

I use Opera.  No worries. I went to Al's Innis and bought one.
