Another cure for green water

Not really a new idea... there has always been a suggestion to dump a ton of hornwort (for example) in a tank with GW to help clear it up.

This one just uses a terrestrial plant instead.

I'd rather do a blackout and wait a week instead of dumping an ugly branch in and waiting a month though

I read that you can use Barley straw extract to remove green water. I don't know much about it but I found some products that are for ponds. They all say it is safe for fish, plants, humans, pets and is all natural and eco-friendly. Might be worth some research.
