Plants and cold water

I am in the process of setting up an aquarium and need to fill it.

All the videos I've seen online site the plants and then fill the aquarium with water. However, the water will be coming from my well, and it isn't that warm. Should I fill the aquarium, let it warm up and then put in the plants, or put in the plants and then fill the aquarium?

I'd put heaters in immediately (2x200w in a 75G) - would that be sufficient to warm the water quickly enough, or would the plants likely die?

You shouldn't use cold water to fill a new aquarium anyway.  You don't want the aquarium "sweating" and potentially hiding a faulty seam or other leak.

so what's the best way of filling one? Cold water mixed with boiled water from a kettle?

Use a hose or bucket using 75d-78d water from your tap.
