Java moss, java fern, duckweed, a couple of hygrophilia species. Depends very much on your lighting, gravel and other parameters. Research this site, there's tons of great information on low-light and low-maintenance planted tanks.

Thats an interesting questiuon, first of all , all live plants require some maintainence & different  plants require different levels of lighting & maintainence that said you would need to do some research on live planted tanks & then types of plants, here is a link that is easy & straight to the point

im reading and i dont see that u have to do anything special to them but stick them in the gravel and watch them grow

By maintenance , i mean all plants need some in the form of providing the right environment for them to thrive, that environment involves lighting & nutrients in the right balance/propoation , when these are not in balance algae becomes a real headache, the following links will aid somewhat , also if you go through the planted forum here , you will find many more threads that will serve you well.

Christmas Moss...hands down!  I tied it to my driftwood...as a single layer and it is now 3 inches thick and hanging off the driftwood.  It's not too demanding on light or nutrients...although it does better with slightly more than medium light and some CO2.  I need to grow enough to make a moss wall for a 48" tank.

Here's a few pics of my moss.  I have a bowfront tank so preventing the flash from bouncing off it is almost impossible.  In the first pic, you'll see the christmas moss on the large log and Java moss on the small one near the bottom.  The Java Moss isn't tied there.  I used the driftwood to anchor a clump of Jav Moss and the stuff just rooted to the wood.  I think it worked out well!!

I took a pic looking down at my patch of christmas moss so you can see the christmas tree shapes.

Some great low maintenance plants:

Pistia Stratiotes (floating) - Try and stop it!
Java Moss - There will always be some left somewhere.
hygrophila polysperma - Different colours for different conditions but lasts in my tanks
hygrophila difformis - Can become a truely massive plant if left unattended.
Vallisneria - the most common plant and easy to reproduce.

I like crypticorns but you need iron and not to disturb them too much.
