Proper latin names

Latin names have change several times over the years.  I am looking everwhere on the web for databases and not one has the same information.  Never sure what is the latest name.  Example people who would breed south American, many of them have been changed.  Would anyone have places to suggest where I could get the latest name.  I have two places now that I have been checking.
