been thinking, maybe the moderators should remove the old old adds? so there is not 55 pages of adds and more then half not current? just an idea.

Everything older than lets say 3 month (TBD) can be dumped.

I'd say even less time than 3 months old.

I would agree that anything past 3 months is obsolete, I'd even go so far as 2 months

there is a feature to remove posts older than X days. I've used it before but we ended up with a corrupted database. Once I finish upgrading our software, I will test the updated feature. 

On the other hand, I've found it useful to be able to search for older ads to give myself an idea of the going price for some items.
