Tall Crypts from Auctoin...Question

I've been looking them up on-line and everything I find about Crypt Wendtii says they don't grow very tall.  I think I have some already but they're maybe 8" tall. Clearly these crypts are tall.  Whoever brought them to the auction, what did you do to make the grow so tall?!
