Anyone know where I can get ATI T5 lights locally? or somewhere where I do not have to pay outrages shipping charges?

I tried and no... there is a place in BC but they charge near $45/tube after shipping.

Here is some information on PAR values for all T5 Lamps

As you can see ATI Aquablue and Blue Plus have the highest PAR in there catagory.

My plan is to go with:

ATI Blue Plus (311)
UVL 75/25 (300)
ATI Blue Plus (311)
UVL Aquasun (345)
UVL Super Actinic (210)
ATI Aquablue (336)
