I set-up a new (used) Fluval 304. There is a Rena XP2 and Penguin 350 running on this 75. Now I have all three running. What do you think is a safe time frame before shutting down the Penguin? It's been approx. a week already.

Just so that some one replies  :) I would imagine that with another filter running that three weeks would be sufficient to establish enough bacteria in the new filter. The nitrite to nitrate bacteria is the hardest (longest) to grow but you should be alright depending on your stock load. It would be best to transfer some dense filter media from the penguin to the fluval if possible.
