Neon Dwarf Gouramis - bubble nests

My 2 male neon dwaf gouramis are constantly building bubble nests in my water sprite.  Is this just a habit or is it a sign than some mating may take place (I have 2 females in the tank as well)

Mine used to do that and it was always wishful thinging!  :lol: They never had any babies.
