Possible Ich on BN Pleco

I just got the little guy 3 days ago and this morning I noticed something that looks like Ich. it's hard to tell because he never stops moving and he is black with white dots naturally. I was just wondering if I sould go ahead and treat him and what should I use. Or sould I wait a little longer and see if it was just nothing.
