Upgrading to a new larger setup!!

i'm about to make the jump from my 90 gallon aquarium to a larger (125+) set-up. 

I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions as to where are the best deals for new aquarium tanks setups including stand and lid??

I've seen many nice ones at big Al's.  Wondering if there's any other options online (that would ship to Ottawa) or other great stores (toronto/montreal area?)

There is a 280 for dirt cheap in the classifieds. Can't go wrong with that, although it may be too big.
