Sick Red/Green open brain :(

I got my open brain about a month and half ago from a fellow leaving the hobby. it was in very nice shape with very bright colours.
at every feeding it's tentacles would appear and it's "mouths" would start to appear and tentacles are out every night. Now about a week ago or so, pieces of its skeleton started showing right in the middle of it!

i don't kow what's wrong i suspect its a sting from my pain in the a$$ long tentacle anemone!! it keeps on floating around and has yet to find a spot to settle in. the anemone is now in its corner not moving and i've put the brain on the opposite side of the tank but what can i do to save it!!

What type of brain is this specifically?

If you dont know the name can you post a pic?

Several species of brains are a gonner once they show this type of recession.

Just wait n see.
Mine was 10 times more shrivelled looking
last year, for 5 or 6 weeks. I left it for scavengers, but it
came back better than before.
