Ovas Discount

On the Purchase Membership page, it says that OVAS membership gives up to 15% discount with some of the sponsors.

Which sponsor offers this, since I can only see a maximum of 10%.

I may be wrong here but I think BA's used to offer a 15% discount which they have now lowered to 10%, and it just probably has not been updated on the membership page. I know on the sponsors page it will show you all the discounts the card provides.
