Yes, my clowns laid eggs for the first time on Friday the 3rd of September... by  Sunday, the 12th of September, they were all gone...

Guess what, on Wednesday morning (12 days after the first batch) there are hundreds of neatly packed eggs at least the size of a twonie... 3x the amount of the first time...

NOW, I definitely want to try and raise clowns, just for the experience.

Thanks to the help of a fellow OVAS member, my wish may be possible. I am waiting for the delivery of a bottle of Algae Grow from Florida and will be supplied with starter kits of *whats'it called* to raise rotifers to feed my clownkids...

PM joeyt66 for info, he is having good results raising Clarki clown fish.

FYI - once they start spawning, it becomes a pretty regular occurrence, 12 - 14 days.
But I guess you know that by now - 3rd spawn
Keep updating - we all love success stories
