My experience with FLEXPVC.COM

Buyer beware.

I am currently in dispute resolution with this vendor.  I do not expect any positive outcome for me.

FlexPVC gives 2-day shipping guarantee if your order is in before 1pm PST.  I placed my order at 11:30am PST with them Wednesday the 29th of Sept.  This is confirmed in email receipt from them to me.  I paid $150+ dollars for 2day shipping.

At 11:40am PST, I followed up my order, with order number, with them on the phone.  I expressed extreme concern about the 2 day shipping and told them to contact me if there were any issues, and re-confirmed my contact information with them.

They posted the charge to my credit card at about 1:30pm PST.  They cannot explain the delay between 11:30am and 1:30pm posting, however they claim that the posting was 30min past the cut-off for shipping guarantee so it was bumped one day to Thursday.

I have the tracking number from UPS that shows a 3:36pm PST pickup from the vendor.

The vendor did not specify that Saturday was the delivery date on the UPS package, according to UPS so they assume 2 days to mean 2 business days.  Therefore the package is delivered Monday, not Saturday (2 days from Thursday).

Mid-posting, the Vendor, FLEXPVC.COM did respond, he offered to refund the different in shipping to my card between the 2 day price and the 5 day price for shipping as I received the 5 day, not the 2.  Or I just complained enough and he gave up...

Either way, this was an acceptable resolution to a bad situation.  I still chose to post the buyer beware message, and when I go down to pickup my order, I'll verify that I got what I ordered, but until otherwise, assume at least that part of the order went as planned.

I was told that Lowes on Innes would get a new shipment of sched 40 parts yesterday... there selection is by no means vast but it may help you if your missing something

Glad to hear you got some satisfaction.

In my past experiences in similar situations and others involving guarantees and warantes, you only get satisfaction if you are tenacious and pester the life out of them. They hope you will just give up and go away.
