So i know the size of file must be under such and such and the pixel size also. so i downsize my picture by 50% they go from a range of 2-3.5megs a picture down to usually around 600km-1mb. now after i upload the picture it comes to a white screen and i get this message:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 6000 bytes) in /home1/ovasca/public_html/Sources/Subs-Graphics.php on line 328

what can be done to get around this? downsize a little more?
thanks

Ovas might have run out of space :O

Not really.

...option allows you to specify the maximum amount of memory that can be consumed by PHP. This setting may be necessary in the event you receive a message such as "Allowed memory size of xxxxxx bytes exhausted".

If you are trying to upload pics to a thread on the forum try using photobucket
"Friends Don't Let Friends Go Plastic Reef"
