Im using leds in a 75 gallon sps which is showing awesome growth and compared to when i used a mh lighting the power use is down.Nice thing about my setup I can keep sps right down on the bottom that hasent effect there growth or colour,as for that type of light not sure im using ai lights at 90 %  power

I'm looking at the marineland reef LEDs.  I'm currently running GLO 2x24 T5HO

From the PAR readings I see, its not a fixture I would be using for anything other then soft corals.  If you had say 3-4 fixtures over a tank, then you could probably keep SPS higher up in the tank, but its no where near the output of other fixtures on the market.

All in my opinion though.  No experience.
