TruLumen PRO LED from Aquariumplants.com is a big NO !

Following up on my BIOCUBE LED mod attempt: Finally got a couple of weeks ago the box from Aquariumplants.com with what I tought would be my TruLumen 12" LED strip.....well seems not the box only had the PowerSupply, no LED's ! Called them back they were suppose to send a new strip back that I never got ! Ended up calling AMEX to block the transaction !!! Very poor follow up from Aquariumplants.com. Ended up buying ReefBrite LED (this was obsously the right thing to do !) Now one lesson out of this ! Some of those only site SUCKS ! beware.

Could be held up due to the Postal Strike?

Nope. when I opened the box that was only the powersupply in there So I called them up and they were sure it was in there So they initially said they would send another one and then they stated that they would wait for the Postal Service to investigate and once they get there refund they would send me back a new one.....All of this was ordered the 11th of May ! More than a month ago ! I gave up and got some Reefbrite instead !
