I have a pair of dwarf gouramis that I was planning to spawn. Over the past few days, the male has being making a not so long but very tall bubble nest. About 3 inches across, and about 2 inches tall. Its right in the corner of the tank, with some leaves. Anyways, today when I got home, I noticed something odd. The male normally swam away and hid in a rock when I even entered the room. It was kind of cute actually, anyways, now when I walk in the room, he'll stare me right in the eye and wont leave from under the nest. Also when ever the female gets close of even near the nest, he doesn't court her, he violently chases her away. He also will not go more than about 5 inches of the nest. Not even for brine shrimp and blood worms. If there is eggs in there, I cant see them. But heres the catch. The female is the exact same size as she was yesterday. Wouldn't she look smaller if she released all of her eggs? I turned up the tempature and lowered the water level as well.

Oh ya and I forgot to mention,
he keeps adding a small fine layer of bubbles to the bottom of the nest,
and can someone please provide a link to a pic with gourami eggs in the nest?
Thanks
