Its Gourami time! :D

I have a few questions about breeding gouramis.
Ive chosen a pair of nice blue dragon gouramis. There in there own planted 65 gallon tank, and are being fed brine shrimp (Not separated in the tank). The tempature is slowly rising and the female is swelling up with eggs. Her stomach doubled in size in 2 days. Shes ready. But the male is taking his suite time building his nest. A few bubbles hear the a few there...but hes definatley in to her. They swim together and hes always trying to get her under the few bubbles he has.
Anyways,
Any advice would be good. Ive read about every single article about breeding gouramis thats on the internet and non of them say that they water level has to be mandatory lowered for spawning, but really I would like most to hear about your experience with breeding theses beautiful fish.

Although the article is specifically about Dwarf Gouramis, the very first sentence in the article deals with lowering water levels and raising temps. Might be worth a look for you.
