OTP-1000GT Pump for Reef Octopus skimmer

Anyone know where i can order a replacement OTP-1000GT pump, ideally in Canada.

Woke up at 3am with a burnt smell all across the house and a GFI breaker tripped.  Pulled out the skimmer pump, and it appears the enclosure has swollen to the point where the impeller seized.  While testing it out of the tank, I even managed to shock myself pretty good.  I'm surprised nothing died (yet) in the tank.

I haven't seen any places in Canada that carry them.

Some of the local LFS ( Fish Tail and Aqua Valley) carry the skimmers so they might be able to get a replacement pump for you.

Thanks for the reply. 

I ended up "upgrading" to a Bubble Blaster pump.  There are a few reports that this pump/skimmer combination works really well.  Combined with the 3 year warranty, it sounded like a good idea!
