Nice looking tank.  I see you have been doing this a while.  I am curious, do you vacuum your sand bed?  Recent discussion and curious on your input.

I do vacuum my sand bed but not very often...probably every 4 months I will do half of the tank and then the  next time I will do the other half. Now that is only the sand that is not covered over with rock. I always keep lots of nassarius snails and sand stars in my system to keep things stirred up and loose.
