Yellow tang is the old tried & true.. most common yellow fish around, I think.  BUT - I love anthias.  A nice mix of pink Dispar and yellow Bartletts always looked nice to me.  If you like little fish, clown gobies are great too.

There is always a yellow wrasse (coris) though they can be non-reef safe. A canary blenny can also make a cute little reef-safe addition.

Oh and yellow assessors are really nice, if you get the nice looking ones. Like the one Az had but wouldn't sell to me no matter how much I begged and begged and begged and cried and pleaded and high-balled.
