If you don't have cleaner shrimp yet - get some.  They'll set up a little cleaning station in your rock work, and ichy fish will visit them regularly for a quick cleaning.

Ive got one cleaner shrimp.  To be frank I dont think I have seen the "cleaning" activity that Ive read online.

You should have 2... If there's just 1, they tend to be very shy...
